Each month, Chef Farmerie hand selects an artisanal winery in New Zealand or Australia and delivers one of their finest bottles directly to enrollees’ boxes. PUBLIC has special relationships with numerous wineries from the two countries, and many of these wines are unavailable in the United States outside of the restaurant. Farmerie also includes personal tasting notes, food pairing suggestions, recipes, and even foodstuffs both imported and created in the PUBLIC kitchen.
